Davis Island Real Estate & Lifestyle

A charming community of luxury amenities and Mediterranean-style architecture minutes from Downtown Tampa
Davis Island is a well-constructed and thoughtful planned archipelago along the west coast of Florida. Streets are named after bodies of water & islands and run alphabetically through the island. There are no traffic lights, which means life seems to move at a much slower pace than Downtown Tampa, but Davis Island is just minutes away by car. The luxurious neighborhoods feature unique, local businesses & five-star restaurants, and homes are truly something to marvel at.
Planned in the early 1920s by Dave Davis, the “Florida version of Jay Gatsby,” the community is lined with traditional stucco homes in pastel colors, heavily influenced by Mexican and Spanish architecture. This affluent community was originally a resort town and still features many of the original buildings from the Roaring Twenties, most listed as Historical Destinations.
