About

Born and raised in Pinellas County, Chris Curran has a deep connection to the St. Petersburg and Tampa areas. His calm demeanor immediately puts his customers at ease, enabling Chris to redefine real estate through passion, honesty, and integrity. Originally from Largo, Chris graduated from Webber International University in Babson Park, where he was the captain of the men’s basketball team while earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Chris began his real estate career in 2016, focusing on institutional acquisitions of scattered-site single-family homes for a large Wall Street hedge fund. With experience in underwriting and analyzing over 4,000 cash-flowing properties, Chris continues to be an asset to many investors with rental properties, multifamily opportunities, as well as short term flips.

Currently residing in South Tampa, Chris is an active member of the top producing Paul DeSantis Group leveraging his knowledge and expertise with the team’s luxury customers. Chris also showcases his talent in the condo market ranging from downtown Tampa’s urban condo lifestyle to the miles of Pinellas’s beachfront condos. Additionally, he holds several professional designations including Seller Representative Specialist and the Real Estate Staging Association’s Certified Staging Advocate.

Besides real estate, Chris’s other passion in his life is his family. He and his wife Katie are active members of their local church and give back by serving in several ministries. He also enjoys playing basketball, golfing, hiking, traveling, and going to the movies with his beautiful wife.
